Location

Rigi is situated on the cliff top over looking Polzeath Beach. With Sea Views from every room, you can’t help but to gaze out to sea and take in the wonderful panorama whatever you’re doing!

Rigi has had a complete internal renovation over the winter of 2014/2015 in time for the 2015 season.

With new oak style flooring throughout and deep pile cream carpets in the bedrooms this property is now functional and stylish! All the internal doors have been replaced with contemporary oak doors to match the solid oak skirting boards and architraves giving a real sense of luxury. All the soft furnishings has been updated with the aim to bring a sense of the outside inside and the living room has undergone a complete transformation with new Italian leather suite and solid wood furniture.

Dining Room, with contemporary  chunky wooden  Dining Table and 8 chairs which then follows in to the;

Large Living room. This room has been transformed into the rightful heart of the house giving breath taking views from each direction courtesy of the floor to ceiling panoramic bay window that really brings the outside in, but keeps the weather out! Comfy Leather sofa’s to enjoy the flat screen TV, Sky+ Box, and a DVD Player, not that you’ll watch much TV with the ever changing views. New chunky contemporary wooden coffee table and side tables allow plenty of room to place your bottle of wine down whilst you people watch and watch the amazing sunsets every night.  Two Modern efficient electric heaters provide all the heat you’ll need to stay warm throughout the year. A small library of Books & DVD’s are also provided.

Fully Equipped Modern kitchen , with electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, New Family sized fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Large walk in pantry. With access in to the garden and also leading through to;

Bedroom 3. A large double room that’s also had a complete make over with new Large patio doors overlooking the beach and leading directly out on to the garden.  Solid oak furniture and a flatscreen TV with Sky makes this the perfect suite for parents or grandparents wanting a bit of alone time but without having to sacrifice the comforts and the views on offer. New modern energy efficient Electric Heating keeps it nice and toasty. En-suite shower room means you can be completely self contained if you so wish.

Outside there is a private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and space for storing wetsuits & surf boards etc…

Large terraced lawn to the front of the property overlooking the beach, Garden Furniture is provided along with a BBQ to make the most of the beautiful sunsets. There is ample car parking space
